This power packed session is all about taking care of our residents so they won’t even think of moving! We will have customer service techniques for leasing, management, and maintenance teams. We will also talk about those “challenging” residents, and how to manage them. Of course, renewals always should include an increase in rent, so we will spend some time talking about how small increases can add up, and how to talk to residents about rent increases. Lastly, we will share ideas about using property improvements to build the rent, even during the lease term.
