In this fantastic leadership session, attendees will learn tips to be a great leader. Included will be how to identify formal and informal leaders in your team, and how to hone their leadership skills to create a more harmonious atmosphere in the communities. We will also take a look at how to deal with multi-generational employees, learning to identify strengths in each one, and how to build on those strength as a team. Most importantly, we will look inward to help you improve your own leadership skills, learning coaching and counseling tips along with a list of contests, rewards, and ideas for recognition to use for your teams.
