IAA is expanding the educational offerings to our management company members around the state of Indiana. For this to happen, we need a pool of product expert instructors. We believe a number of our Direct and Supplier members could help. Train the Trainer course is the first step and a requirement for consideration. Attendees of Train the Trainer learn best practices for facilitating a successful training course. We then enter those successful workshop attendees into our pool of instructors. Attendees are not guaranteed a spot on the IAA education calendar, due to limited space, but our education department will reach out accordingly.
